Tehran, Jan 5, IRNA � Deputy Petroleum Minister for International Affairs and Commerce said that negative reaction of certain countries in the region have been caused by Iran�s success in establishing of constructive interaction with the world notably by the government of President Hassan Rouhani.


Speaking at a local conference on the foreign policy of President Rouhani�s government on Tuesday, Amir-Hossein Zamani-Nia said, �One of the election promises of President Rouhani was to transform the security image of Iran in the field of foreign policy.�
�Numerous visits by the foreign officials specially from the European governments is an evidence to the logical policies of the Iranian government,� Shana quoted him saying.
Zamani-Nia noted that d�tente in the foreign policy was one of the priorities of President Rouhani�s government and said that sustainable development and constructive participation for economic development have been set as the standard of foreign policy activities.
�Today, the Islamic Republic of Iran is recognized as a great and powerful country in the region and, therefore, it has an important and effective role in the settlement of the regional problems and disputes.�
Zamani-Nia also said that implementation of the nuclear Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) reached last August between Iran and G5+1 group of world powers will result in lifting of anti-Iran sanctions.
�Development and economic growth of the country will be one of considerable achievements of the government�s main measure,� said the deputy petroleum minister.
