Tehran, Dec 27, IRNA – Tehran residents have run an initiative dubbed Walls of Kindness to donate new or gently used clothing to the homeless during winter.
The clothing wall initiative helps the homeless with a simple principal: “If you don’t need it, leave it. If you need it, take it.’
The attempt, designated walls with hooks and hangers to leave unwanted clothes, has been made in other Iranian cities like Shiraz, Kermanshah, Mianeh, and Khorasan as well.
The initiative has been run in Tehran’s District 2 on Parvaz region. (Tehran.ir)
