Iran-G5+1 begin new round of talks in Vienna

Vienna, Dec. 3, IRNA – New round of talks began in joint JCPOA Commission in the level of experts here since Thursday morning.

Hamid Ba’eidinejad is heading Iranian negotiators delegation in this round.

The next joint commission meeting of Iran and Group 5+1 (the US, Russia, Britain, France, China plus Germany) is to be started on Monday here in Vienna at the level of deputy ministers.

Consultation on draft proposal resolution of G 5+1 concerning closure of Iran’s past problems would be the main subject of the meeting.

Director General of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Yukiya Amano presented his report about Iran’s possible military dimension, as western countries had claimed, to Board of Governors on Wednesday evening.

Member countries of Group 5+1 have committed upon Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) to present a resolution to Board of Governors with aim to close Iran’s dossier.
