IME trading hits $212 mln mid Nov.

TEHRAN (ISNA)- 526,207 MT of commodities worth more than $212 million were traded on spot and secondary markets of Iran Mercantile Exchange during weekdays ended on November 12.

According to the report from IME International Affairs and PR, on the domestic and export metals and minerals pit of IME, more than 196 KT of various products worth more than $83 million were traded.

On this trading floor, 137,147 MT of steel products, 55 KT of iron ore, 2,750 MT of copper products, 1,440 MT of aluminum, 140 MT of molybdenum concentrate and 15.122 Kg of gold bullion were traded.

The report declares that on domestic and export oil and petrochemical trading floors of IME, 313,216 MT of different commodities with the total value of $117 million were traded.

On this trading floor, more than 159,812 MT of bitumen, 35,895 MT of polymer products, 63 KT of VB, 5 KT of lube cut, 14,237 MT of chemical products, 2,412 MT of insulation, 31,350 MT of sulfur, 1,500 MT of slap wax and 10 MT of argon were traded.

Moreover, on the agricultural trading floor, 250 MT of sugar, 11,850 MT of crude vegetable oil and 310 MT of feed barely were traded by the customers.
