Moscow, Tehran agree key terms of $7-8Bln Russian loan

Moscow and Tehran have agreed on the main conditions of allotting Iran a $7-8-billion loan under joint projects with Russian companies, Iranian First Deputy Industrial Minister Mojtaba Khosrowtaj said Thursday.
