WASHINGTON, D.C. (Tasnim) � A group of peace activists and anti-Zionist Jewish people gathered outside the White House in Washington, D.C., to protest against the Israeli prime minister�s visit to the US.

The Monday�s demonstrations were organized by the human rights activists and anti-war groups.

As US President Barack Obama and Israel�s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu were at a meeting at the White House, demonstrators were shouting slogans against the Tel Aviv regime�s racist policies.

Protesters were also holding signs demanding a cut in the US financial assistance to Israel and an end to the Israeli regime�s violence against people of Palestine.











Meanwhile, US plain-clothes police tried to disrupt the rallies at a park in front of the White House, and prevented more people from joining the gathering.

In the meantime, another 600 American students gathered at a street near the White House to condemn Obama�s policies.
