Tehran, Oct 31, IRNA � The fourth session of billionaire businessman, Babak Zanjani, and two other defendants ended here on Saturday morning.

The fifth session of Zanjani's trial court will be openly held tomorrow.

Abolqasem Salavati has been the judge during the three previous court sessions.

The third session of Zanjani's court hearing was held on October 5.

The accused businessman Babak Zanjani and two other respondents face money laundering charges based on a 237-page indictment, which in turn was based on a 40-000-page lawsuit.

Zanjani was jailed in 2013 when charges were brought up against him for misappropriating the some two billion euros of the Ministry of Petroleum�s funds by selling oil on behalf of the ministry during the previous administration.

He has undergone 40 sessions of interrogation, and 200 people were served subpoenas and questioned as informed suspects.

The two other defendants in the case are facing charges of complicity in money laundering, forgery and fraud.
