President Aliyev asks Iranian doctors to treat Azeri patients

The Azeri president has asked Iranian physicians to take up residence in his country and treat patients there.

President Ilham Aliyev made the call in a meeting with Governor General of Iran’s East Azerbaijan Province Esmail Jabbarzadeh and said that each year a big number of Azeri people visit Iran to receive medical treatment. He added that the Iranian doctors can come and live in the Azerbaijan Republic and treat patients there.He further said that the two neighbors should develop their ties on different fronts, including energy and healthcare.
