TEHRAN, Oct. 18 (MNA) � Deputy-FM for legal affairs has said �implementation day� for JCPOA will be the day when sanctions regime start to unravel.

Abbas Araghchi who was speaking to Iran�s state TV broadcaster IRIB�s news bulletin on Sunday, said that FM Zarif and Ms.Mogherini, EU Foreign Policy Chief, would issue a joint statement announcing the EU and the US approved the law eliminating sanctions against Iran on Sunday, October 18.

�The EU will actually end all economic sanctions and the US will annul all sanctions related to the presidential jurisdiction, and will suspend Congress-approved sanctions,� he told the program.

�We still wait to see whether the EU and the US complete their present stage of commitments; if they do, the day will be called �adoption day� by the joint statement; sanctions removal will be in two steps, with the first step to be announced officially by Council of Ministers, which will provide the bedrock for removal of sanctions; the second stage will see actual implementation of the removal; a day when both sides have done their share of commitments, will be called �implementation day,�� Araghchi detailed on the issue.

�We will do a series of actions in Fordow, Natanz, and Arak; the EU will work on preparing drafts and agenda for companies and firms, and sending necessary letters communicating these agenda on how sanctions will be removed,� he told the program.'
