According to Turkey's Ambassador to Russia, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan plans on visiting the southern Russian city of Kazan in the end of December.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) � Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan plans on visiting the southern Russian city of Kazan in the end of December and meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Turkish Ambassador to Russia Umit Yardim said Thursday.

�A meeting between the two leaders is planned during a Russian-Turkish high-level council meeting in Kazan at the end of December,� Yardim said during an international conference in Moscow.
