TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iran categorically slammed killing of innocent and defenseless Palestinians in the West Bank.

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Marziyeh Afkham once again warned of consequences of desecrating al-Aqsa Mosque by Zionist regime.

Four Palestinians including a 13-year-old teen and a 18-year-old young Palestinian were killed following Israeli terrorist attack in the West bank.

The 13-year-old teen, identified as Abdel Rahman Abdullah, was shot in the chest on Monday at the Aida refugee camp.
