Tehran, Sept 19, IRNA � American dailies wrote on Friday that the US President Barack Obama will on October 18 issue waivers to lift all of the laws and statutes containing sanctions and restrictions that the U.S. promised to ease as part of the international deal.

Dailies Washington Post and Wall Street Journal quoted senior administration officials as saying however, those waivers won�t take effect until a later, unspecified date known as �implementation day�.
The US on Oct. 18 will issue waivers to lift all of the laws and statutes containing sanctions and restrictions that the U.S. promised to ease as part of the international deal. The European Union will also take similar steps in relation to preparing to begin sanctions relief.
