Tehran, Sept 14, IRNA - Iran's Ambassador to Beijing Ali-Asghar Khaji hailed China's constructive role in nuclear talks.

Speaking to IRNA, he said that Iran and China enjoy strategic friendly relations.

Iran and China have potential to increase bilateral ties and the upcoming visit by Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Monday night proves the importance of ties with China for Islamic Republic, the envoy noted.

Removal of sanctions as the result of nuclear deal between Iran and P5+1 can prepare the ground for expansion of ties in all fields including fighting terrorism and extremism, he added.

Khaji underlined that China had a constructive role in nuclear talks and it can play a key role in execution of Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action.
