TEHRAN (ISNA)- Head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali Akbar Salehi is in Vienna to take part in the IAEA annual general conference.

Leading a delegation, Salehi plans to take part in the 59th annual general conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) which starts on Monday and would be attended by atomic energy heads and ministers.

He would meet with officials of other countries during the conference.

The annual conference is usually held every September.

This is the first presence of an Iranian senior official in international circles following the nuclear agreement between Iran and G5+1 signed on July 14 in Vienna.
