Gorgan, Golestan Prov., Aug 26, IRNA � Presidential advisor and Head of Iran National Library and Archives Organization Reza Salehi Amir said on Wednesday that billions of dollars in foreign investment has been proposed to Iran.

Salehi Amiri told a group of officials that the proposals had been offered by Western states.
He said the figure will yet increase as European states will not impose any more sanctions against Iran.
