Afkham advises Iranians to take airflight to Turkey, not land road

Tehran, Aug 26, IRNA – Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham said on Wednesday that the Iranian tourists should avoid land road trip to Turkey and take airflight instead.

Speaking to reporters, she said that the Turkish government has decided to hold early election after failure to form coalition government, calling on tourists to go to Turkey by airflights and take precautionary measures when they have no other choice to go on the land road.

The Iranian foreign ministry had already talked with Turkish ambassador to Tehran to help prevent or lessen such damages, she said adding that Turkish government is determined to resolve the issue.
