Kish, UAE to boost tourism, trade ties

Kish Island, August 13, IRNA - Managing director of the Kish Free Zone Organization said in his recent visit to the United Arab Emirates, furthering ties on economic and tourism development of the island in the post-sanction era was discussed with local businessmen.

Winding up a four-day visit to Abu Dhabi, Jebel Ali and Dubai, Ali Asghar Mounesan said he inspected tourism support facilities such as port and airport handling installations.
Launching an air cargo center on the island and provision of airport services was on the agenda of talks with local economic activists.
Mounesan briefed the participants at meetings about facilities provided by his organization to investors and said Kish Island is open to further development in the wake of lifting anti-Iran sanctions.
