Tehran, Aug 9, IRNA – A top Iranian judicial official said here on Sunday the date of final court session of the Washington Post journalist Jason Rezaian depends on the judge’s decision.
Talking to reporters in Tehran, Director General of the Judiciary’s Tehran Province Office Gholam Hossein Esmaeili reiterated that, ‘We could not judge in this respect until the court session is held.’
So far, three investigation sessions have been held over the case of Rezaian at branch 15 of Tehran Islamic Revolution Court under the chairmanship of Judge Abolqassem Salavati behind closed doors.
