Official: Iran nuclear team respected red lines

The secretary of the Expediency Council has said the nuclear team has respected the establishment’s red lines and defended our national interests and the right of the Iranian nation to nuclear technology.

Mohsen Rezaei appreciated the efforts of the country’s nuclear team and said that under the Vienna accord Iran has to restrict its activities in seven areas in exchange for the other side’s lifting of all sanctions and releasing Iran’s frozen assets in foreign banks.

He further said that the wording of the Iran nuclear deal is under review in Iran, adding the Supreme Leader is the one who has the final say in the nuclear deal.
Rezaei rejected inspection of Iran’s military sites and said that it is an internationally recognized principle Iran will cling fast to.
