Nuclear talks passed difficult phase: MP

Boroujerd, Lorestan Prov., July 24, IRNA – Chairman of Majlis (Parliament) National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Alaedding Boroujerdi said that by reaching the nuclear agreement, negotiations left behind the difficult junction.

Speaking at a local meeting in his constitunency on Thursday, the senior MP said Iran managed to materilaize the late Imam Khomeinis motto ‘We Can’ in the field of nuclear energy.

‘Resilience of the Iranian nation in the face of sanctions and threats forced the enemies to withdraw. The major powers of the world surrendered before the might of our nation,’ he added.

During the nuclear talks, the lawmaker said, Iran showed that it equals all the superpowers of the world.

He stressed on following up of the outcome to secure further achievements and added, ‘All world powers sat before Iran at the negotiations table and accepted a nuclear Iran.’
