Tehran, July 20, IRNA � Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif underlined that extremism is one of the most serious regional threats.


The extremism is the most serious threat of the region and Iran is ready to cooperate to confront his threat,' Zarif said during a meeting with German Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel in Tehran on Monday.

The Islamic Republic of Iran as a powerful and stable country in the region is ready cooperate to confront these threats.

The German vice chancellor, for his part, voiced his pleasure in travelling to Iran, and called for the expansion of cooperation, specially in the economic field.
