Beijing, July 16, IRNA � Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Thursday that there would be a joint working group on Iran's Arak heavy water reactor and it would be co-chaired by China and the United States.

Wang told reporters that the working group will be formed per Iran-G5+1 nuclear accord.

Wang said Arak reactor was one of the core issues in the nuclear negotiation.

He added that China would enhance communication with Iran in connection with the working group.

He then referred to the unique role China played in resolving the Iranian nuclear issue.
