Zarif advises G5+1 to opt for accord or pressure

Vienna, July 10, IRNA Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif said in Vienna on Friday that the G5+1 party should opt for a deal or pressure.

Talking to IRNA, Zarif said that there will be no more than two options: To strike a deal or not.

He said that the other parties should decide whether they are for agreement or pressure.

He said that Iran has announced times and again that agreement and pressure cannot go in parallel. 'They have to opt for one.'

He said he was engaged in intensive talks with the western parties and the two sides are nearing to final deal.

he said that shift of stand by the other party will absolutely change the course of the negotiations, so the two sides should do the job carefully.

Unfortunately, we witness shift of stances by the western governments and at the same time excessive demands of the other party; also a few countries in the G5+1 maintain different positions; making the job complicated, but, Iran will do its best. As Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution and officials have said repeatedly Iran is looking for an agreement with dignity. Iranian people want an agreement with dignity. We continue talks and will not leave the negotiating table. If the other party is looking for an honorable and balanced agreement, it is certainly accessible.'
