Tehran, July 5, IRNA - Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said the comprehensive nuclear agreement will become an international document after its approval in UN.

The top Iranian negotiator said during a live program from Vienna broadcast by IRIB on Saturday.

He said that the Iranian negotiating team is seeking to make its nuclear program recognized internationally.

The final nuclear agreement should pass its legal process in Tehran and the P5+1 capitals, Araqchi added.

He said Iran prefers UN Security Council to issue a new resolution after Iran and P5+1 declare reaching the agreement.

On the day of the agreement, all economic and financial sanctions by the EU, the US, and the Security Council will be removed and we will take measures to meet commitments, the top Iranian negotiator said.

Both sides are trying to meet the July 7 deadline, but Iran is not bound by the date, Araqchi said, adding that Tehran will not accept a bad deal and is looking for an agreement that respects its red lines and the Iranian nation�s rights.

We had never advanced this far during the past talks, he added.

Araqchi said that from the technical perspective, execution of Iran's obligations takes two or three months but execution of other sides of talks' obligations needs just an order.

He said that the Iran and P5+1 are negotiating ways for coincided execution of both sides' obligations.

According to the nuclear agreement, Iran will have the right to continue its research and development program on advanced machines including IR8, the official asserted.

If needed, negotiations could be extended, Araqchi added.

He said most of Iran's sanctions including embargoes on Iran's banking system, oil, gas and petrochemicals export, insurance and shipping have been imposed on Iran under the pretext of its nuclear program and should be removed.

Approval of comprehensive nuclear deal in UN will make it binding for countries, the official said.

He underlined that if the nuclear agreement is not executed, Iran will have the right to return its nuclear program to the previous status.

Araqchi said Iran does not restrict itself to the deadlines, adding, 'We do not let the time decide for us and in case we achieve the desired principles and framework agreement is possible and otherwise we would not follow up a bad deal.
