TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Polish national volleyball team’s captain Michal Kubiak is hopeful of defeating Iran in upcoming match due to be held on Sunday night.
Poland lost to Iran in five sets 3-2 (25-21, 23-25, 21-25, 25-16, 15-11) Friday night.
“First of all, I would like to congratulate Iran. They played very good volleyball. There is not much to say,” Michal Kubiak said in the post-match press conference.
“We hope to come here on Sunday and achieve a result.”
“We came here to win at least one game; we are hoping that we will achieve this goal,” he added.
