The refinery started work two weeks ahead of schedule on Friday.
Phase 19 is among the second priority phases of South Pars.
Platforms in Phase 19 of the massive offshore South Pars gas field have seen 75% progress in construction, manager of Phase 19 at Iranian Offshore Engineering and Construction Company (IOEC) said.
