National solidarity helps nuclear negotiators: Interior minister

Bojnurd, June 14, IRNA - Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli said on Sunday that national solidarity helps nuclear negotiators to take powerful stance in talks with world powers.

Speaking to reporters in Bojnurd, he urged boost of harmony and unanimity in both foreign and domestic issues.

Referring to the current Iranian calendar year's slogan and naming it by the Supreme Leader as 'The Year of the Administration and the People, Harmony and Unanimity', Rahmani Fazli underlined that harmony and unanimity inside the country has positive impact on Iran's position in the international scenes.

Referring to the spread of violence and extremism in the region, the interior minister added that Iran has the power to stand against such terrorist groups which are supported by western states.

President Hassan Rouhani and some member of his cabinet including the interior minister arrived in Bojnurd, capital of northeastern province of North Khorasan, Sunday morning at the 18th leg of his provincial tours.

During his one-day stay here, President Rouhani is to hold public meetings, confer with officials, and meet provincial officials as well as the elite figures of the province.

The President has already visited Khuzestan, Hormuzgan, Sistan-Baluchestan, Ilam, Lorestan, Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari, Ardebil, Razavi Khorassan, Zanjan, Golestan, Southern Khorassan, Bushehr, Isfahan, Qom, Gilan and East Azarbaijan provinces.
