Hands extended towards Iran to fight Daesh: MP

Hamedan, June 12, IRNA Hands are extended towards Iran to fight the terrorist group of Daesh, a senior parliamentarian said.

Addressing a gathering here on western country, Head of parliaments National Security and Foreign Policy Committee Aladin Boroujerdi said that the whole world has be now come to the point that they need Irans cooperation in fighting the terrorist Daesh and they are extending their hands towards Iran for this purpose.

He said the US is only boasting fighting the terrorist group by setting up a coalition but in reality keeps backing them by regularly sending them arms and equipment.

He said Australia which has been initiating anti-Iran resolutions is now imploring to Iran in this connection.

He said Iran has always backed oppressed nations in the region while maintaining its independence.

Turning to the Saudi aggression against Yemen, he said what the Saudis are doing in Yemen will get them nothing but shame, indignity and disgrace.

Highlighting the silence of the international bodies towards the crimes being committed in Yemen, Boroujerdi stressed that there is no voiced raised in world in support of oppressed Yemeni people but that of Iran.

He said Saudi Arabia is certainly the loser in the war against Yemeni nation.

He said Saudis think Iran is involved in Yemen war just because people there are supportive of Iran but they are mistaken because the number of people of Iranian nationality now present in Yemen are less than ten who are the staff members of the Iranian embassy there.

As for the nuclear negotiations between Iran and the 5+1, he said that during the talks which has actually a war of wills Iran has emerged as the victorious side.

He said the Iranian nation has proved that sanctions could not undermine its firm determination.
