Europe firms promise 300m euro investment

TEHRAN June 08(Shana)--A group of nine European companies have promised 300 million euro investment in Iran once sanctions have been lifted on Iran.

The chief executives of the European firms showed willingness for investment in Iran after they visited Tehran Stock Exchange.

The potential European investors visited Iran at the invitation of Swiss ACL Asset Management and Boursiran Stock Brokerage Company. During their stay in Iran, they will explore opportunities for investment in the country.

This delegation comprises the CEOs of leading investors from Britain, Switzerland, France and Russia.

As the July 1 deadline approaches for Iran and six world powers to reach a final nuclear deal on Tehrans nuclear program, there are hopeful signs for the lifting of sanctions imposed on Iran.
