Iranian negotiators leave Vienna for Tehran after intensive talks

Tehran, June 6, IRNA After several hours of intensive talks with their European counterparts, Iranian deputies foreign minister Abbass Araqchi and Majid Takht-Ravanchi left Vienna for Tehran on Saturday.

However, experts remained in the UN's European Headquarters in Vienna to continue talks.

The Iranian team of experts, headed by Hamid Baeedinejad, and the G5+1 experts, led by the EU's Stephen Clement, resumed talks in Vienna on appendixes to the compresensive deals.

Araqchi and Ravanchi held one round of talks with the US Under-Secretary of State Wendy Sherman and two rounds of talks with European Union deputy foreign policy chief Helga Schmid.

The general meeting of Iranian deputies foreign minister and their 5+1 counterparts, led by Araqchi and Schmid, served as prelude to that round of talks.

Baeedinead, member of Iran's nuclear negotiating team, said the G5+1 members consider talks on remaining issues as complicated and time-intensive, calling for tight schedule for talks within the remaining opportunity.
