TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian President Hassan Rouhani called for real and immediate ceasefire in Yemen.

�People in Yemen need medicinal and food aid. There must be a real and immediate ceasefire in Yemen,� Rouhani said in a meeting with his Iraqi counterpart Fuad Masum here in Tehran.

�Yemen is not a regional or political issue, but it is a humanitarian issue for the regional countries and the whole world,� Rouhani said.

He also referred to terrorism in Iraq, and said, �Terrorism is a danger to the entire region. We arrived at a shared view that terrorism should be dealt with in the whole region. Expulsion of terrorists from Iraq and their presence in Syria has not ended the danger of terrorists.�

He also reiterated that Iran would help Iraq to deal with terrorists. �Iraq�s security is the security of Iran
