Supreme Leader cautions against enemy's cultural onslaught

Tehran, May 7, IRNA Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolutiion Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has cautioned the Iranian youth against enemy's cultural invasion.




He made the remarks in a recent meeting with the officials and organizers of a congress on wartime martyrs of central northern province of Semnan.

Today the Iranian youth are exposed to various dangerous ideological threats due to the large-scale spread of communicative devices, said the Leader.

Ayatollah Khamenei stressed the key role of 'audience analysis' in making effective communication with the young generation in accordance with their cultural diferrences.

The Leader urged Iranian scholars, ulemma and scientists to find best ways to address the needs of the Iranian young generation by making the maximum use of modern technology and art.

Ayatollah Khamenei emphasized on the country's preparedness to prevent all types of threats, particularly enemy's cultural invasion.

The Leader also hailed the role of martyrs in protecting values of the Islamic Revolution in the post-revolution era.

Ayatollah Khamenei stressed that Iranians must be prepared to confront enemies' threats in all political, economic, security and most importantly cultural arenas.

Enemy is fighting in a particular way, said the Leader adding that tackling enemy's threats requires total identification of its tricks and a complete preparation.
