TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iran�s car output rose by 41 percent in the first month of the current Iranian calendar year (mid March to mid April).

The amount totaled 58.023 from 41.150, comparing to similar period last year.

Iran�s sedan production hit 54.952 from 35.445, rising by 55 percent comparing to same period in the year before.

Iran�s mini-bus and mid-size bus output rose by 20 percent comparing to the corresponding period last year.

The country�s truck and van output totaled 651, rising by 201 percent comparing to similar period in the year before.
