TEHRAN (ISNA)- Over 94.544.000 tons of oil and non-oil goods were transported over the last Iranian calendar year (which ended on March 21, 2015) through trade ports in Hormozgan province, southern Iran, rising by 9 percent comparing to similar period to the year before.
61.870.000 tons of which were non-oil and 32.673.000 tons were oil products.
90 percent of loading and unloading of Irans sea shipments are conducted through Hormozgan ports.
28.000 vessels berthed in the ports, 4.235 of which carried goods over 1000 tons, and the remainings loading was below 1000 tons. The volume of berthing in the ports rose by 11 percent comparing to similar period to the year before.
