TEHRAN (ISNA)- Over 94.544.000 tons of oil and non-oil goods were transported over the last Iranian calendar year (which ended on March 21, 2015) through trade ports in Hormozgan province, southern Iran, rising by 9 percent comparing to similar period to the year before.

61.870.000 tons of which were non-oil and 32.673.000 tons were oil products.

90 percent of loading and unloading of Iran�s sea shipments are conducted through Hormozgan ports.

28.000 vessels berthed in the ports, 4.235 of which carried goods over 1000 tons, and the remaining�s loading was below 1000 tons. The volume of berthing in the ports rose by 11 percent comparing to similar period to the year before.
