Numerous IAEA inspections show Iran has nothing to hide: Kamalvandi

TEHRAN, Apr. 20 (MNA) AEOI Spokesman has said Iran has had the most nuclear inspections from the IAEA which indicates the Islamic Republic has nothing to hide.

Deputy Head and Spokesman of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Behrouz Kamalvandi made the remarks in a press conference today.

He maintained that a number of countries do not want to see that the Islamic Republic possesses power and dignity not only in the nuclear field but also in several other industries.

He also noted that Iranian negotiators had on agenda to proceed within a framework that would dismantle the fabricated concerns about the Islamic Republic.

Iran has received the most number of inspections from the IAEA and this shows it has nothing to hide; on the other hand, the accusations against Iran is not only limited to the nuclear field, and the countries are trying to utilize their media bodies to voice false accusations against our country, he said.

Kamalvandi asserted Iran did not plan to enter a fact-sheet war with the American side, but the Iranian fact sheet would be released if the Foreign Minister saw fit.

The Islamic Republic and the negotiating team will proceed with the negotiations based on the international law and will not panic in the face of the [Western] media war since the real war will be happening at the negotiating table, he said.
