Two Iranian Revolutionary Guards allegedly captured in Yemeni city of Aden

While Yemen contributes less than 0.2 percent of global oil output, its location puts it near the center of world energy trade.

Fighters in the Yemeni port city of Aden claim to have captured two military officers from Iran’s elite Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution, also known as Revolutionary Guards.

They say the officers assisted the Houthis in an advisory capacity.
