MPs call for release of Iranian version of Lausanne fact sheet

Tehran, April 8, IRNA – Parliament (Majlis) lawmakers urged the Foreign Ministry to release Iranian version of Lausanne fact sheet, a senior MP reported.

A member of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission in an interview with IRNA on Wednesday said that a number of lawmakers in an open letter to the Foreign Ministry urged it to publish the Iranian version of the Lausanne negotiations’ fact sheet.

Mohammad-Hassan Asafari said the letter could be sent to the Foreign Ministry on Wednesday after completion of signatures.

Iran and Group 5+1 reached a framework agreement in Lausanne, Switzerland, in run-up for drafting the final nuclear deal.

Zarif said on April 2 that according to the framework agreement reached between Iran and the six world powers, the United Nations Security Council will pass a resolution to terminate all the sanctions already imposed by the body on Iran and the United States and the European Union will also lift their unilateral sanctions.
