Tehran, March 31, IRNA � A senior military official on Monday said rhetoric of certain reactionary countries of the region was so unfounded that they are not worth responding to.




Deputy Chairman of Iran's Armed Forces Chief of Staff Brigadier General Masoud Jazayeri urged those regional states to avoid ridiculing themselves in the eye of the world community by making such unsubstantiated comments.

Speaking to IRNA, the commander made the remarks while commenting on recent statements made by �puppet rulers who as recorded in the history of their countries, have managed to escape with the first shot of a bullet.�

Jazayeri did not made it clear which reactioanry regional states he was referring to.

He wondered why the US and its allies have not learned enough lessons from their continuous defeats in waging wars of proxy in the region.

It is more regretful, said the commander, that the reactionary states of the region have been accomplices of the US and the Zionist regime in massacring other regional nations.

Commander Jazayeri stressed that victory is with the regional nations while enemies of people would be the losers.

The Brigadier general added that Iran�s Armed Forces are completely committed to red-lines set by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
