Lausanne, March 29, IRNA � Following meeting between European and the US foreign ministers, the French FM Laurent Fabius expressed hope that Lausanne 2 talks would reach a conclusion.

Foreign Minister of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond and the US Secretary of State John Kerry and EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini held a meeting Sunday noon.


Answering a reporter's question that whether there was any hope for the talks to reach a conclusion, the French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius replied; yes.

He added that ' We are working and many other works should be done.'

Fabius had a meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Saturday.
