LAUSANNE, Switzerland ��US officials said they can see a "path forward"�to reaching a political agreement with Iran on the major elements of�a�final nuclear deal�by the end of the month, in just six days' time.

"We can see a path forward here to get to an agreement," a senior State Department official, speaking not for attribution, told journalists traveling with Secretary of State�John Kerry�to Lausanne March 25.�"We can see what that path might look like. It does not mean we'll get there."

"We very much believe we can get this done by�March 31," the State Department official said.
