TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iran’s car output rose by 58.2 percent over the first 11 months of Iranian calendar year (started on March 21, 2014) comparing to similar period last year.
Iran’s car output also rose by 32.9 percent in the 11th month of the Iranian calendar year (January 20-February 20).
Iran manufactured 107.487 cars during the month, while it made 80.863 during the same period last year.
Iran’s pickup production rose by 21.9 percent reaching 14.573 during the month.
The country also increased minibus production by 172.7 percent, bus by 57 percent and truck and kei truck by 298.6 percent.
Iran also increased sedan production by 58.1 percent, pickups by 49.8 percent, minibus by 71.7 percent, bus by 10.2 percent and truck and kei trucks by 186.3 percent during the first eleven months of Iranian calendar year comparing to similar period last year.
