Iran to unveil first 23 mm sniper rifle in world

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Commander of Army's Ground Force Brigadier General Ahmad Reza Pourdastan said on Monday that the country would unveil 23 mm sniper rifle mid April.

The 23 mm sniper rifle which will be first used in Iran and the world with 23 mm caliber will be unveiled on April 18, he said.

He further said that Research and Self-sufficiency Jihad Organization of Iran's Army is working on remote-controlled robots which can do activities.

The robots can carry machine guns and missiles and control them from remote.
