TEHRAN (ISNA)- An Iranian indigenous two-manned PICA-2 plane would fly by the next two months.
Managing Director of Dorna Aerospace Company Yaghoub Entesari said PICA-2 is an advanced generation of a free flying plane which has been upgraded comparing to the previous generation in terms of inside equipment and decoration. It is also equipped with a parachute and can compete with foreign models, he said.
This is the third generation of free flying plane known as PICA-2.
It can fly 240 km/h in 14.000-foot altitude, and can be used in pilot training centers, border control, beaches and traffic control.
Its range hits 1200 kilometers and can work with car super petrol.
