Chairman of National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of Iran's Parliament (Majlis) Alaeddin Boroujerdi made the remarks in a local gathering.
Touching upon the recent crisis in the region, he stressed that Iran's enjoys an enduring security thanks to the profound wisdom of Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
Pointing to the recent arrest of terrorist agents and discovery of a cache of arms and ammunition in the southeastern province of Sistan-va-Baluchestan, he added Bahrain is behind arming these terrorists.
This issue indicates that not only the western countries, but some regional states are also acting against Iran, Boroujerdi added.
Iranian military forces arrested members of a terrorist group and confiscated weapons and bombs from the bandits in Sistan-va-Baluchestan on Wednesday.
The arrest was made in collaboration of Iranian police, Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) and Iran's Intelligence Ministry.
Sistan-va-Baluchestan Province has been the scene of a number of terrorist attacks in recent years.
