Iran hopes for second Iraq pipeline
Jahangiri in IraqTEHRAN Feb 17(Shana)--Irans first vice-president has expressed hope that the country would start building a second pipeline to carry natural gas to Iraq.
Eshaq Jahangiri, who is currently visiting Iraq, told Iran-Iraq Business Council that Iran is already ready to start pumping gas to its western neighbor.
He also referred to falling oil prices, saying: Iran and Iraq are two important oil-rich countries and the fall in oil prices has produced losses for both countries. We have to stop the continuation of this situation through mutual cooperation.
