Qom, Jan 15, IRNA Majlis (Parliament) Speaker Ali Larijani said on Thursday that West should seize the opportunity of nuclear negotiations with Iran and avoids political, business-like bargainings in the talks.
Larijani made the remarks in a local gathering in the holy city of Qom.
He underscored that the enemies have been trying to hinder Iran's scientific progress.
