Tehran, Jan 6, IRNA Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said Tuesday that the next round of nuclear talks between Iran and six governments is to be held in Geneva, Switzerland on January 18.
Speaking to IRNA, Araqchi said the talks is to be held at the level of deputy foreign ministers and that prior to negotiations, the Iranian negotiating team is to hold bilateral talks with delegations from the US and Russia.
Earlier in the day, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said speaking to the members of parliament that the western governments have recognized Iranian legitimate right to enrich uranium as per the interim nuclear accord signed on November 24, 2013.

He said that what is discussed in the nuclear talks is the percentage of uranium enrichment.

He ruled out the possibility of nuclear enrichment outside Iran.

Iran and the P5+1 the United States, Britain, France, Russia and China plus Germany failed to meet a November 24 deadline for reaching a comprehensive deal to put an end to 12 years of the nuclear dispute.

On November 24, foreign ministers of Iran and the six governments extended the deadline for another seven months until July 1, 2015.
