Iran, India to expand academic cooperation

New Delhi, Jan 3, IRNA Officials of Iran and India higher education have agreed to expand bilateral academic cooperation.
Iran's Research Counselor in Iran's Embassy in New Delhi told IRNA on Friday that in a meeting between Deputy Minister of Sciences, Research and Technology Dr. Ahmadi with the Head of Research Commission in Indian universities Professor Prakash, the two sides agreed on expansion of bilateral cooperation on research and technology.
In the meeting in Iran's Embassy in New Delhi, Professor Prakash said cooperation between the researchers would be in favour of both countries. He called for exchange of professors and carrying out of joint scientific and technological projects which was welcomed by Dr. Ahmadi.
