TEHRAN (FNA)- Iraqi Kurdistan's Peshmerga forces regained control over two new areas in Western Mosul city, the capital of Nineveh province.
"The Peshmerga, supported by protection force of Sinjar city, regained control over Sarray and Suq areas in Sinjar district of Western Mosul," Member of the Democratic Kurdistani Party Esmat Rajab said Sunday.

"The Kurdish forces continue preparations to advance towards other areas controlled by the ISIL to liberate them," he added.
