EU move aimed at hindering another Intifada: official

Tehran, Dec 22, IRNA Hossein Sheikholeslam, advisor to the Iranian parliament speaker, says the EU court's move to remove Hamas from its self-styled blacklist was aimed at advancing the PA compromise talks with Israel.
'The pro-Israeli governments in the west have realized that no project would yield unless Hamas is involved,' Sheikholeslam elaborated in an interview with Quds news agency.
Sheikholeslam, also Secretary General of the Tehran-based Committee for Support for the Palestinian Intifada added that the EU has realized that their intended peace projects would not work as long as Hamas as the representative of a large quarter of the Palestinian community is placed in its blacklist.

The pro-Palestinian activist said the EU judicial move was actually a double conduct aimed at containing the anger of the Palestinian nation and hindering another Intifada by giving a minor concession to the resistance movement.
